- Fixed crash with iOS5 that was introduced in version 2.0.3. We need to check isViewLoaded before accessing the UIViewController's views.
- Updated project to XCode 4.2 (iOS5) settings.
- Changed deprecated UITableViewCell:initWithFrame to initWithStyle.
- Fix an issue in Categories Detail where the user could edit the description without using the full screen editor.
