This is most likely caused because your site is redirecting the default JAM url to another page.  To check this, follow the instructions in this post:

If your site requires a secure connection (https/SSL), it may also be redirecting the app.  If your site requires https, be sure to turn Secure On in the Advanced Settings for your site.  For more information, see this page:
